This Shipping Policy outlines how Aussie Blooms handles the delivery of your orders across Australia. For more detailed user-friendly information, please also see our Delivery Information page.

1. Delivery Areas

Aussie Blooms delivers to a wide range of metropolitan and regional areas in Australia. Postcode validation at checkout will confirm serviceability. Some remote areas may have limitations or incur additional charges, in which case we will endeavor to contact you.

2. Shipping & Delivery Fees

  • Standard Delivery (Next Business Day, where available): $14.95
  • Same Day Delivery (Where available, subject to cut-off): $19.95 (includes a $5.00 surcharge).
  • Redelivery Fee: $14.95 (may apply for incorrect address or recipient unavailability if delivery cannot be completed safely).

All fees are displayed at checkout.

3. Order Cut-Off Times (Local Time)

  • Next Day Delivery: 4:00 pm, day prior.
  • Same Day Delivery: 1:00 pm, day of delivery.

Orders after these times may be processed for the next available day. Times may vary during peak periods.

4. Delivery Days & General Timeframes

  • Days: Generally Monday to Saturday. No standard Sunday or national public holiday deliveries (special occasions like Valentine's/Mother's Day may be exceptions).
  • Times: Typically 8 am – 5 pm (businesses), 8 am – 9 pm (residential). Specific times cannot be guaranteed.

5. Delivery Process

  • No Prior Call: Couriers do not typically call before delivery. Ensure recipient availability.
  • Authority to Leave (ATL): If the recipient is not home, items may be left in a secure, sheltered location if instructed or deemed safe by the courier. Aussie Blooms is not liable for items after safe delivery/ATL.
  • Unable to Deliver: If items cannot be left safely, a note will be left to arrange redelivery (a fee may apply).
  • Incorrect Address: Customer is responsible for providing accurate addresses. A redelivery fee ($14.95) and potential costs for new perishable products apply for errors.
  • Specific Locations (Hospitals, Businesses, etc.): Provide detailed information (ward numbers, company names, access codes). Deliveries are typically made to main reception areas.

6. High Volume Periods

During peak times (e.g., Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas), delivery timeframes may be extended, and specific requests are harder to accommodate. Order early. Cut-off times may be adjusted; please check our website.

7. Unforeseen Delays

We are not responsible for delays due to acts of God or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery will occur on the next possible safe day.
